If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation Words with initial capitalization have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms are singular or plural.

Definitions For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ICMP.
• Goods refer to the items available for purchase on our Service.
• Orders denote a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
• Service refers to our Website.
• Website means ICMP, accessible at https://www.icmp.in
• You indicate the individual using the Service, or the entity on behalf of whom that individual accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Our refund policy does not apply to directly subscription-based services/plans; please check the next point for partial refund information. 

We will refund 20% of the month's fees and offer 2 weeks  of free mentorship if we do not respond to your query within 24 hours. Replies via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other valid means are considered valid, and compensation cannot be claimed if the message remains unseen within 24 hours, even after it has been sent from ICMP. Those who have received financial aid after a thorough assessment of their financial status cannot claim this compensation.

To exercise your right to cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can do so via:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the Order, and there will be no fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund

The following Goods are not eligible for a refund:

• Mentorship subscription plans or products / programs  listed on the website.

We reserve the right to decline returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Since we do not sell physical products, there is no need to return anything to us.
